Sometimes, you just have to tip your hat to someone. We tip ours to the person who decided to put steak and gravy together. What a legend! Our Steak & Gravy Pasty also holds legendary status with our customers, containing over 20% lean beef and a potato filling with a beautiful combination of garlic and herbs.

Eating our Steak & Gravy Pasty is like eating a great Sunday roast, only it’s encased in a buttery pastry and every bite is sensational. The lean beef we use is the best quality and it’s stewed for several hours to make it so tender. We mix the beef with potato, garlic and herbs to deliver depth of flavour and a top taste.

The gravy used in this pasty is made from the juices of the beef we stew. We waste nothing and all the good stuff is in our gravy. It tastes completely different to a Cornish Pasty and does without ale like our Steak & Ale Pasty. The pastry we use is our signature butter pastry, a shortcrust pastry that’s baked to perfection.
