Our Cheese & Bacon Pasty is deep filled with grilled and diced English back bacon in a delicious homemade cheese sauce. Our cheese sauce is made with whole milk, flour, butter, pepper and mature cheddar cheese for a creamy texture.

We incorporate a generous amount of bacon into our Cheese & Bacon Pasty to make sure that every bite delivers a bacon hit. The cheese sauce is sharp and delicious, with locally sourced milk and cheddar cheese. The addition of ground black pepper and a small amount of onion lifts the sauce into new realms of deliciousness.

The pastry we use for our Cheese & Bacon Pasty is our signature homemade butter shortcrust pastry, which holds its shape down to the last bite. There’s nothing worse than pastry that leaks and drips everywhere. Our pasties don’t do this.
